Recorded in Janice Long's Maida Vale Session in 2004 for BBC Radio UK. This song seems to be once again about the Mike Joyce High Court Case, an episode in Morrissey's life which inspired some of the lyrics since 1996. A friend of Morrissey states that making music and keeping on singing ("noise") is the best revenge against the absurdity of the case result and a legal system totally dull and obsolete, defined "Victorian" by the author.

Registrata per la BBC Radio UK nel 2004, durante lo spettacolo radiofonico di Janice Long. La canzone sembra riguardare ancora una volta la disputa giudiziaria che Mike Joyce intentò negli anni Novanta contro Morrissey e Marr, culminata nelle udienze presso l'Alta Corte britannica nel 1996. In questo caso, è come se un amico di Morrissey gli avesse consigliato di continuare a cantare e a fare musica ("noise", il rumore) perché questa è la migliore vendetta contro l'assurdità dell'esito del caso in tribunale (negativo ed ingiusto per Morrissey) e del sistema giudiziario britannico definito "vittoriano", ossia ottuso e obsoleto.
